6. DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS
Kupah Organics is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Customs processing (for Canada orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Weather or unforeseen events
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
- We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- If needed, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
